  • Creekside – 180 acres – Ramah, CO

  • Freedom Valley – 160 acres – Douglas County, CO

  • Freedom Valley NE – 40 acres – Douglas County, CO

Creekside - Development of three ranches was completed in 2025 and all ranches have been sold.

Freedom Valley - Subdividing the property into sixteen 10-acre home sites. We anticipate the development to be complete in the Spring of 2026.

Freedom Valley NE - We anticipate the development of three 10-acre home sites to begin in the Summer of 2026.
