Aspen Ranch 1

Aspen purchased 160 acres of land in Franktown, CO in 2023. We negotiated the adjudicated water rights before the purchase.  We developed the land into four 40-acre parcels - completing the road construction, bringing power to the sites and adding a powered gate to the community. We sold one of the 40-acre ranches in 2026.
