Pavilion Home Sales

Pavilion Home Sales (PHS) was set up to finance homes for tenants across our mobile home park portfolio. When Aspen took possession of homes, our construction team would remodel the homes and we would then lease those homes through a lease option program. This allowed the parks to increase occupancy and provided an affordable avenue for tenants to move in and work toward true ownership.
