In 2024, we purchased 180 acres in Ramah, CO, and subdivided it into three ranches of 40, 50, and 90 acres. We completed the roadwork, fencing and utilities to all three parcels. We completed the development and sold all three ranches in less than 15 months.

Investors realized a 100% return on invested capital.
