Aspen Self Storage

In 2021, we built two self-storage facilities in Framingham, MA and Port Jefferson, NY. The construction came in on budget and were able to achieve stabilization (>80% occupancy). These facilities were sold in late 2025. 

The total return on this project was 21%.
